Duplicate certificate.—Where a certificate of registration is lost, destroyed or defaced, the licensee shall apply to the Wireless Planning and Coordination Wing in Form G for a duplicate, accompanied by a fee of ten thousand rupees, and the Wireless Planning and Coordination Wing shall issue a duplicate certificate marked as such within twenty-one days of the application.
