Surrender of certificate.—Every licensee who ceases to carry on the provision of telecommunication services shall, within forty-five days of such cessation, surrender the certificate of registration to the Wireless Planning and Coordination Wing in person or by registered post, and shall inform it in Form E of the manner in which every authorisation held by him has been disposed of.
