Surrender of certificate.—Every occupier who ceases to carry on the running of an industry shall, within seven days of such cessation, surrender the certificate of registration to the Principal Chief Conservator of Forests in person or by registered post, and shall inform it in Form III of the manner in which every monitoring report held by him has been disposed of.
