Rule 13, Punjab Mines and Minerals (Development and Regulation) Act, 1957 (Manner of Application) Rules, 2016 [S4S-8GE]

Application for registration.—Every occupier carrying on the running of an industry shall make an application for registration to the Principal Chief Conservator of Forests in Form III, within thirty days of the commencement of these rules, accompanied by a fee of ten thousand rupees and a statement of every transit pass held by him on the date of the application, and shall keep a copy of the application and of the statement for one hundred and eighty days from that date.
