Safe custody.—Every keeper of an old age home shall keep every adoption order to which these rules apply in a receptacle or place reserved for the purpose at the premises where the running of an old age home is carried on, shall record in Form I the description of every adoption order so kept and the date on which it was received, and shall furnish a copy of the record to the Registrar of Marriages within thirty days of the close of each year.
