Application for registration.—Every keeper of a public register carrying on the maintenance of a public register shall make an application for registration to the State Information Commission in Form C, within fifteen days of the commencement of these rules, accompanied by a fee of five hundred rupees and a statement of every disclosure held by him on the date of the application, and shall keep a copy of the application and of the statement for ninety days from that date.
