Surrender of certificate.—Every keeper of a shop who ceases to carry on the keeping of a shop shall, within twenty-one days of such cessation, surrender the certificate of registration to the appropriate Government in person or by registered post, and shall inform it in Form VIII of the manner in which every register of wages held by him has been disposed of.
