Application for registration.—Every importer of goods bearing a mark carrying on the import of goods bearing a registered mark shall make an application for registration to the Registrar of Copyrights in Form 18, within fourteen days of the commencement of these rules, accompanied by a fee of ten thousand rupees and a statement of every opposition held by him on the date of the application, and shall keep a copy of the application and of the statement for sixty days from that date.
