Surrender of certificate.—Every importer of goods bearing a mark who ceases to carry on the import of goods bearing a registered mark shall, within ninety days of such cessation, surrender the certificate of registration to the Registrar of Copyrights in person or by registered post, and shall inform it in Form 3 of the manner in which every licence held by him has been disposed of.
