Correction of entries.—The Registrar of Copyrights may, on an application made in Form 18 by any importer of goods bearing a mark or of its own motion, correct any clerical or arithmetical error in the register or in a certificate of registration, after giving notice of not less than one hundred and eighty days to any person likely to be affected by the correction.
