Application for registration.—Every seller of goods on an electronic platform carrying on the sale of goods on an electronic platform shall make an application for registration to the Bureau of Indian Standards in Form H, within thirty days of the commencement of these rules, accompanied by a fee of ten thousand rupees and a statement of every advertisement held by him on the date of the application, and shall keep a copy of the application and of the statement for sixty days from that date.
