Fees.—The fee of ten thousand rupees payable on an application for registration and the fee of twenty-five thousand rupees payable on any other application under these rules shall be paid to the Bureau of Indian Standards by demand draft or by electronic transfer, and proof of the payment shall be furnished with the application in Form H; and the Bureau of Indian Standards shall enter every payment so received in a register of fees within seven days of its receipt.
