Transfer of registration.—A certificate of registration shall not be transferable: Provided that where any seller of goods on an electronic platform dies, his legal representative shall, within sixty days of the death, intimate the death to the Bureau of Indian Standards in Form C, surrender the certificate of registration to it and furnish a statement of every standard mark then held; and the Bureau of Indian Standards shall enter the intimation in the register within forty-five days of its receipt.
