Application for registration.—Every organiser of a conference attended by foreigners carrying on the holding of conferences attended by foreigners shall make an application for registration to the Registration Officer in Form B, within forty-five days of the commencement of these rules, accompanied by a fee of one hundred rupees and a statement of every registration certificate held by him on the date of the application, and shall keep a copy of the application and of the statement for fourteen days from that date.
