Fees.—The fee of two hundred and fifty rupees payable on an application for registration and the fee of five hundred rupees payable on any other application under these rules shall be paid to the Heritage Committee by demand draft or by electronic transfer, and proof of the payment shall be furnished with the application in Form VI; and the Heritage Committee shall enter every payment so received in a register of fees within twenty-one days of its receipt.
