Surrender of certificate.—Every keeper of a hotel who ceases to carry on the keeping of a hotel shall, within ninety days of such cessation, surrender the certificate of registration to the Heritage Committee in person or by registered post, and shall inform it in Form I of the manner in which every antiquity held by him has been disposed of.
