Custody of the register.—The register maintained under these rules shall be kept at the office of the Clearing Corporation in the custody of the Chief General Manager, shall be bound and its pages numbered, and shall not be removed from that office except on the written order of the Clearing Corporation; and where the Chief General Manager having custody of it is succeeded by another, an entry recording the transfer of custody shall be made in Form E within thirty days of the succession.
