Rule 32, Tamil Nadu Mines and Minerals (Development and Regulation) Act, 1957 (Manner of Application) Rules, 2016 [S4R-GAR]

Duplicate certificate.—Where a certificate of registration is lost, destroyed or defaced, the representative assessee shall apply to the Appellate Tribunal in Form 3CD for a duplicate, accompanied by a fee of five thousand rupees, and the Appellate Tribunal shall issue a duplicate certificate marked as such within thirty days of the application.
