Surrender of certificate.—Every representative assessee who ceases to carry on the representation of another person shall, within fifteen days of such cessation, surrender the certificate of registration to the Appellate Tribunal in person or by registered post, and shall inform it in Form 26Q of the manner in which every permanent account number held by him has been disposed of.
