Application for registration.—Every person holding an authorisation carrying on the use of spectrum shall make an application for registration to the Wireless Planning and Coordination Wing in Form G, within one hundred and twenty days of the commencement of these rules, accompanied by a fee of five thousand rupees and a statement of every network held by him on the date of the application, and shall keep a copy of the application and of the statement for seven days from that date.
