Duplicate certificate.—Where a certificate of registration is lost, destroyed or defaced, the dealer in foreign currency shall apply to the Financial Redress Agency in Form H for a duplicate, accompanied by a fee of two thousand rupees, and the Financial Redress Agency shall issue a duplicate certificate marked as such within fifteen days of the application.
