Intimation of change.—Every owner of a solar power plant shall intimate to the Appropriate Commission, in Form I and within fifteen days of the change, any change in the particulars furnished in the application for registration, and the Appropriate Commission shall amend the certificate accordingly on payment of a fee of two thousand rupees.
