Surrender of certificate.—Every owner of a solar power plant who ceases to carry on the generation of electricity from solar energy shall, within forty-five days of such cessation, surrender the certificate of registration to the Appropriate Commission in person or by registered post, and shall inform it in Form I of the manner in which every storage tank held by him has been disposed of.
