Surrender of certificate.—Every toddy tapper who ceases to carry on the tapping of toddy shall, within seven days of such cessation, surrender the certificate of registration to the Deputy Commissioner of Excise in person or by registered post, and shall inform it in Form H of the manner in which every consignment held by him has been disposed of.
