Application for registration.—Every requisitioned property owner carrying on the ownership of requisitioned property shall make an application for registration to the Custodian of Enemy Property in Form 6, within one hundred and twenty days of the commencement of these rules, accompanied by a fee of five thousand rupees and a statement of every notice of acquisition held by him on the date of the application, and shall keep a copy of the application and of the statement for fifteen days from that date.
