Surrender of certificate.—Every requisitioned property owner who ceases to carry on the ownership of requisitioned property shall, within three hundred and sixty-five days of such cessation, surrender the certificate of registration to the Custodian of Enemy Property in person or by registered post, and shall inform it in Form 6 of the manner in which every document held by him has been disposed of.
