Application for registration.—Every trader within a cantonment carrying on the carrying on of a trade within a cantonment shall make an application for registration to the Government of Andhra Pradesh in Form H, within forty-five days of the commencement of these rules, accompanied by a fee of fifty rupees and a statement of every defence work held by him on the date of the application, and shall keep a copy of the application and of the statement for seven days from that date.
