Transfer of registration.—A certificate of registration shall not be transferable: Provided that where any courier service provider dies, his legal representative shall, within fourteen days of the death, intimate the death to the Registrar in Form B, surrender the certificate of registration to it and furnish a statement of every delivery order then held; and the Registrar shall enter the intimation in the register within fourteen days of its receipt.
