Surrender of certificate.—Every mine surveyor who ceases to carry on the survey of mines shall, within three hundred and sixty-five days of such cessation, surrender the certificate of registration to the State Government in person or by registered post, and shall inform it in Form H of the manner in which every royalty receipt held by him has been disposed of.
