Application for registration.—Every real estate agent carrying on the business of a real estate agent shall make an application for registration to the Appellate Tribunal in Form C, within ninety days of the commencement of these rules, accompanied by a fee of ten thousand rupees and a statement of every register of projects held by him on the date of the application, and shall keep a copy of the application and of the statement for sixty days from that date.
