Surrender of certificate.—Every tourist guide who ceases to carry on the guiding of tourists shall, within seven days of such cessation, surrender the certificate of registration to the Government of Assam in person or by registered post, and shall inform it in Form VI of the manner in which every entry ticket held by him has been disposed of.
