Application for registration.—Every tourist guide carrying on the guiding of tourists shall make an application for registration to the Government of Assam in Form III, within one hundred and twenty days of the commencement of these rules, accompanied by a fee of two hundred and fifty rupees and a statement of every monument held by him on the date of the application, and shall keep a copy of the application and of the statement for sixty days from that date.
