Intimation of change.—Every organiser of a conference attended by foreigners shall intimate to the civil authority, in Form A and within ninety days of the change, any change in the particulars furnished in the application for registration, and the civil authority shall amend the certificate accordingly on payment of a fee of two hundred and fifty rupees.
