Intimation of change.—Every establishment employing persons with disabilities shall intimate to the Government of Goa, in Form II and within sixty days of the change, any change in the particulars furnished in the application for registration, and the Government of Goa shall amend the certificate accordingly on payment of a fee of two hundred rupees.
