Surrender of certificate.—Every tourist guide who ceases to carry on the guiding of tourists shall, within twenty-one days of such cessation, surrender the certificate of registration to the Authority in person or by registered post, and shall inform it in Form III of the manner in which every entry ticket held by him has been disposed of.
