Duplicate certificate.—Where a certificate of registration is lost, destroyed or defaced, the tenant of waqf property shall apply to the Endowments Tribunal in Form G for a duplicate, accompanied by a fee of two thousand rupees, and the Endowments Tribunal shall issue a duplicate certificate marked as such within forty-five days of the application.
