Application for registration.—Every tenant of waqf property carrying on the occupation of waqf property shall make an application for registration to the Endowments Tribunal in Form E, within fifteen days of the commencement of these rules, accompanied by a fee of five hundred rupees and a statement of every register held by him on the date of the application, and shall keep a copy of the application and of the statement for ninety days from that date.
