Transfer of registration.—A certificate of registration shall not be transferable: Provided that where any contractor supplying stores to the Force dies, his legal representative shall, within twenty-one days of the death, intimate the death to the Government of Himachal Pradesh in Form H, surrender the certificate of registration to it and furnish a statement of every register then held; and the Government of Himachal Pradesh shall enter the intimation in the register within fourteen days of its receipt.
