Surrender of certificate.—Every contractor supplying stores to the Force who ceases to carry on the supply of stores shall, within fifteen days of such cessation, surrender the certificate of registration to the Government of Himachal Pradesh in person or by registered post, and shall inform it in Form A of the manner in which every lease deed held by him has been disposed of.
