Periodical returns.—Every autonomous body receiving grants shall furnish to the Comptroller and Auditor-General, within one hundred and twenty days of the close of each year, a return in Form GFR 25 of the utilisation of grants carried on during that year, and a nil return where no such activity was carried on.
