Report to the Government.—The Comptroller and Auditor-General shall prepare, within forty-five days of the close of each year, a report of the applications received and disposed of under these rules during that year, of the number of autonomous body receiving grants whose names stood on the register at its close, and of the inspections made during that year; and shall furnish a copy of the report to the Government of Assam and publish it within seven days of its preparation.
