Application for registration.—Every owner of a diesel generator set carrying on the operation of a diesel generator set shall make an application for registration to the State Board in Form V, within sixty days of the commencement of these rules, accompanied by a fee of twenty-five thousand rupees and a statement of every transit pass held by him on the date of the application, and shall keep a copy of the application and of the statement for thirty days from that date.
