Duplicate certificate.—Where a certificate of registration is lost, destroyed or defaced, the custodian of securities shall apply to the Board in Form G for a duplicate, accompanied by a fee of ten thousand rupees, and the Board shall issue a duplicate certificate marked as such within sixty days of the application.
