Surrender of certificate.—Every producer who ceases to carry on the production of agricultural produce shall, within seven days of such cessation, surrender the certificate of registration to the Director of Agriculture in person or by registered post, and shall inform it in Form F of the manner in which every licence held by him has been disposed of.
