Transfer of registration.—A certificate of registration shall not be transferable: Provided that where any operator of a hospital dies, his legal representative shall, within three days of the death, intimate the death to the Civil Defence Controller in Form F, surrender the certificate of registration to it and furnish a statement of every installation then held; and the Civil Defence Controller shall enter the intimation in the register within three days of its receipt.
