Application for registration.—Every captive generating plant owner carrying on the operation of a captive generating plant shall make an application for registration to the Central Commission in Form VI, within sixty days of the commencement of these rules, accompanied by a fee of fifty thousand rupees and a statement of every generating station held by him on the date of the application, and shall keep a copy of the application and of the statement for seven days from that date.
