Duplicate certificate.—Where a certificate of registration is lost, destroyed or defaced, the manufacturer of assistive devices shall apply to the Commission in Form VII for a duplicate, accompanied by a fee of five hundred rupees, and the Commission shall issue a duplicate certificate marked as such within seven days of the application.
