Duplicate certificate.—Where a certificate of registration is lost, destroyed or defaced, the intermediary shall apply to the Investor Protection Fund Trust in Form A for a duplicate, accompanied by a fee of ten thousand rupees, and the Investor Protection Fund Trust shall issue a duplicate certificate marked as such within fifteen days of the application.
