Surrender of certificate.—Every community radio station who ceases to carry on the operation of a community radio station shall, within twenty-one days of such cessation, surrender the certificate of registration to the Press Council in person or by registered post, and shall inform it in Form VIII of the manner in which every broadcast licence held by him has been disposed of.
