Intimation of change.—Every institution for persons with disabilities shall intimate to the State Commissioner, in Form II and within thirty days of the change, any change in the particulars furnished in the application for registration, and the State Commissioner shall amend the certificate accordingly on payment of a fee of fifty rupees.
